Strategic and commercial development with responsibility for market analysis, concept development, and leasing of sports centers in Lund and Staffanstorp. The work focused on developing a commercial concept in which fitness and sports work together to create a long-term, sustainable offering. By leasing the facility to Nordic Wellness, which combines gym operations with the management of the sports facility, an effective business model was created that enhances both the facility’s utilization and its long-term development.
