A concrete and measurable biodiversity target, with associated metrics, was developed in alignment with the property company’s broader sustainability goals. The target was designed to be relevant and easy to implement within the property management organisation without increasing the workload. The focus was on creating tangible benefits for biodiversity while contributing to increased value creation for the company from multiple perspectives. The work was very well received, and the target has now been adopted and firmly established within the organisation.
