Together with Utopia Arkitekter, TAM was co-owner and client in the development of 211 rental apartments and 500 sqm of commercial space. Following the land allocation, we continued to drive the project forward with a focus on space efficiency, a varied mix of apartment sizes and ambitious sustainability targets, including a clear climate target of no more than 300 kg CO₂/sqm.

Ahead of the sale, TAM developed a comprehensive design programme that refined the project into an attractive and marketable product. This created the conditions for a higher development rights value and resulted in the development rights being sold to Reliwe in 2023, prior to the start of construction.

The project demonstrates how TAM, through strategic development, can take an early-stage idea all the way to a well-developed and value-creating transaction.

The project was completed and ready for occupancy in spring 2026.
