As an operating partner, we take overall responsibility for driving the development of a site, property, or portfolio in close collaboration with you as the property owner or investor.

Our role encompasses the entire process—from strategic planning and concept development to implementation and management. In our work, we combine commercial responsibility with a deep respect for the site’s identity.

We operate according to five guiding principles:

We look beyond the property itself to the entire ecosystem surrounding it. This means understanding flows, target groups, behaviors, local stakeholders, and how the location is actually used.

To succeed, you need to build trust and maintain close dialogue with those who actually use the location. This leads to faster problem-solving and better business opportunities.
3. From strategy to operational implementation
TAM has extensive experience in taking a vision, business plan, and goals and making them concrete, measurable, and actionable. We manage the project from the first meeting through final handover.
4. Governance and Structure
A clear organizational structure with defined authorities and responsibilities is combined with scheduled meeting series and agreed-upon decision points.
