Project Manager for the development of seven properties in Marievik, responsible for leading the project’s implementation, investment analysis, and change management. The assignment involves repositioning the area from a purely office-based district to an attractive mixed-use neighborhood featuring housing, workplaces, retail, and a destination hotel as its central hub. A key part of the development is the restoration of the culturally and historically significant Liljeholmsbadet, which will be transformed into a public gathering place by the water.
