The development focused on creating an attractive tenant mix with businesses that complement one another and strengthen the property’s commercial offering. Through the establishment of businesses such as MAX, Nordic Wellness, Wash World, Hööks, and Rosegarden, Sydslipen evolved into a strong regional destination with a broad range of services and retail offerings.
