Following the land allocation, we continued to drive the project forward with a focus on space efficiency, a varied mix of apartment sizes and ambitious sustainability targets, including a clear climate target of no more than 300 kg CO\u2082\/sqm.\r\n\r\nAhead of the sale, TAM developed a comprehensive design programme that refined the project into an attractive and marketable product.
